"Extraordinary General Body Meeting of PetroFed" |
An Extraordinary General Body Meeting of the Petroleum Federation of India (PetroFed) was held on February 5, 2008 at New Delhi.
Shri Sarthak Behuria, Chairman, PetroFed and Chairman, IndianOil informed members that the meeting had primarily been called to appoint Statutory Auditors in view of the resignation of the earlier appointee. He also briefed members on the activities of PetroFed since the Annual General Body Meeting on July 20, 2007.
The General body appointed M/s Rakesh & Company, Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Petroleum Federation of India for 2007-08 until the adoption of audited accounts at the Annual General Body Meeting in place of M/s Nath & Mahesh Associates who have since resigned due to unavoidable circumstances.
